		<description><![CDATA[Se prajeste moderat orezul pana ce devine rumen. Se macina si se adauga la faina rezultata trei pahare de apa la patru linguri de faina astfel obtinuta. Se fierbe totul aproximativ 25 de minute, adaugand apa daca mai este necesar. Se sareaza in final dupa gust.

		<description><![CDATA[ Ingrediente: 300 g grau, hrisca sau mei, 1 lingurita de sare grunjoasa.

 Mod de preparare: Se spala foarte bine graul si se pune in tigaie sau ceaun de fonta cu apa si sare, atat cat sa o acopere. Se pune pe foc puternic si se amesteca in continuu cu o lingura de lemn.

Orezul
Orezul albit este fara nici o urma de scoarta sau strat proteic, principalele componente care contin vitaminele B. O data cu inlaturarea scoartei orezul pierde toate vitaminele A si din complexul B. Este un aliment care se recomanda in dietele celor care au probleme cu tensiunea arteriala.
